Martin Painting & Coating has figured out the who, where, why, and when of hiring, but their process does not end there; instead, they have developed a people-focused Training Program that has grown their company, and improved lives. S&S Painting has successfully implemented a 3-month training program that takes an employee with no experience to a certified painter in the company. In this session, you will learn what training occurs in the 3 months. You will also learn how to budget payroll and staffing for those 3 months. This training program uses PCA Craftsman Operating Procedures along with several other tools.
