S&S Painting has successfully implemented a 3-month training program that takes an employee with no experience to a certified painter in the company. In this session, you will learn what training occurs in the 3 months. You will also learn how to budget payroll and staffing for those 3 months. This training program uses PCA Craftsman Operating Procedures along with several other tools.
