The award for Best Exterior Residential Restoration goes to Brick City Painting and Drywall. While the substrate on this historic, 1910 residential home was in good condition, RRP was the main challenge. OSHA, EPA, RRP and Brick City’s internal safety practices made sure the prep was done under RRP rules. Extra PPE and cleaning practices were added for good measure. Since they could handle all the carpentry repairs in house, delays were eliminated and the client was 100% completely satisfied with the work - even guaranteeing Brick City of future work.
